Our restaurant is renowned for its rice dishes and Caldero del Mar Menor, but we also make delicious paella, meats and fish cooked with delight for experienced palates to satisfy our customer demands.

You can also have our lovely Carpaccio, Gazpacho soup, seafood, grilled squid and even our famous homemade cakes. Then you can choose from salads, fish and meat, or try our Gold and Sea Bass in Salt, Salmon with White Wine from Jumilla, the Lemon Sole, Emperador a la Cordobesa or the Basque Hake, but if you request more we even have beef steaks, tenderloins, chops, loin stuffed with cheese and our delicious scallops.

For dessert we have from various fruits to cheeses, calatrava bread or coconut cake. All this without forgetting that our real specialty is rice and Caldero del Mar Menor.
